5. What level of fitness do I need? in Events
You don’t need high levels of fitness to enter Turf Warrior, just lots of determination and a sense of fun. The whole race can be walked (briskly) and there is an opt-out option for any of the obstacles you just can’t face. There is also a non-swimmer’s option on all the water obstacles. But even though it's not a race it is still nice to be the first one home, so let your competitive spirit kick in!
