Event schedule & timings
- Registration: By post.
- Race Number: Sent out by post, 9 days before the event.
- International competitors: Collect your Race Pack & Number at the information desk at bike drop.
- Friday night bike drop: from 5pm at Killary Advenutre Centre or Westport skate park (transfer can be bought online for the Wesport bike drop)
- Arrival in Westport: 2 hours before your wave start time (bus leaves from Mill Street, 1hr30min before your start time)
- Killary Residents: bus departs 45min before your start time (from the front gate of Killary Adventure Centre).
- Start times: from 7:30am. Check your event info pdf & email for details.
- Cut off time: 2.30pm at base of Croagh Patrick mountain.
- Course closes: TBC

PARKING:
- There is lots of parking in Westport on race day. Buses to the start line leave from Mill Street (check your departure time).
- There is no parking at Westport Skate Park bike transfer on Friday night. The skate park is a short walk/cycle from the centre of town. No cars!
- Killary bike drop on Friday night: There is lots of parking at Killary Adventure Centre. Please follow the marshals' directions.
FACILITIES:
- There are no bag/key drop facilities. Please change and get ready at your car/accommodation.
- There are toilets at the start line and at all the transition areas.
- There is water at all the transition areas.
- Hot food & drinks at the finish line.

You will not be allowed to start without this kit.
- Survival blanket and whistle
- Windproof/waterproof top
- Bike (hybrid or road bike) – we don’t provide bike hire.
- Cycle helmet (can be left with your bike at transition area)
- Spare bicycle tube/puncture repair kit
- Water bottle for refilling at water stations. No water bottles available along the route.
Recommended kit
- Suitable cycling shoes and gloves
- Sturdy trail running shoes
- Waterproof leggings
- Course map
- Energy food and drink.

You must book Bike Transfer online with your entry.

- Westport Bike Drop: Located at Westport Skate Park from 5pm. There is no parking at the Bike Drop area.
- Killary Adventure Centre Bike Drop: Eircode: H91 PY61 from 5pm.

The bike transition area is located at Killary Adventure Centre.

- Fully marked course with marshals
- First aid point & medical team
- This route can be difficult and dangerous in places. All competitors must take personal responsibility for their safety and the safety of others.
- Parts of the route are off-road and it may take a while for medical aid to reach you.

Spectators & support
Spectators are very welcome, especially at the finish line to cheer competitors home!!
This is an unsupported race. Spectators may not provide assistance to competitors, e.g., food, drinks or technical help unless agreed with the Race Director in advance.
