1. Eligibility
- Open to individuals who submit a story about their experience with Gaelforce West via this form: https://forms.gle/KopS2XN4tVWP8C1b6
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Employees of Gaelforce Events and their immediate families are not eligible.
2. Promotion period
- Starts: Saturday, 20th December 2025 at 6:00pm.
- Ends: Monday, 5th January 2026 at 11:59pm.
3. Prize
- One free entry to Gaelforce West 2026.
- Exclusions: does not include Westport to Killary Bike Transfer or Gaelforce West – Weekend Accommodation Package.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Gaelforce Events reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
4. Notification
- Winners notified via email on Wednesday, 7th January 2026.
- Prizes must be claimed as per Gaelforce Events’ instructions.
- If a winner does not claim their prize, it may be forfeited.
5. General conditions
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Gaelforce Events may cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time.
- Not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete submissions.
- Participants may be required to provide proof of identity to claim their prize.
6. Privacy
- Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the promotion and contacting winners, in accordance with Gaelforce Events’ privacy policy.
7. Limitation of liability
- Gaelforce Events accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation or prize acceptance, except where prohibited by law.
8. Governing law
- Terms and conditions governed by the laws of Ireland.
