- Registration: By post. Any queries can be brought to the information desk on the day.
- Start times: from 1pm.
- Event Location: Belmont Demesne, A63 FX34
- Arrival time: 1h 30mins before your wave start time.
- Prize Giving: 1pm at the finish line
- Course Closing: 2hr 30min after last wave start time

- Parking for competitors & spectators at Belmont Estate. Cost €3 per car. Please carpool where possible!
- Bag & key drop area
- Water stops – bring your own water bottle.
- Toilets at start/finish line.

There are no changing facilities at this event.
Spectators are very welcome! Please stay within the area of the finish line.
