- Race Number: On the day at registration.
- Arrival time: 1hr 30min before your wave start time.
- Start times: from 10:30am.
- Cut off time: 3pm.

PARKING
- Parking is available around the Killary Adventure Centre area. Exact locations will be sent to you closer to race day.
- You may have to walk a small distance from your car to the start line.
- Free parking for competitors
FACILITIES
- Toilets at the finish line.
- Bag & key drop.
- Limited changing facilities at Killary Adventure Centre. Please change at your car beforehand.
- Water refill stations at finish line and half way along the route.
- Hot food, drinks & hot whiskey in the Killary Adventure Center dinning room
There are no showers at this event. There is a hose down area at the finish line.

Recommended kit
- Old shoes
- Wetsuit – hire when you enter – we really recommend this!
- Old clothes – e.g., running leggings/long sleeve top. No shorts or short sleeves & avoid cotton!
- Gloves & hat or buff
- Strong/gaffer tape to secure shoes in place
- Warm clothes to change into
- Water bottle for refilling at finish line. No water bottles available at this event.
WETSUIT HIRE
WETSUIT HIRE
We really recommend that you wear a wetsuit for this event.
- Online entry: €25 to hire (+ deposit)
- On the day: €55 to hire (+deposit)
Deposit €20 (CASH ONLY) when you collect your wetsuit.

- First aid point, Doctor & medical team
This is an obstacle course, which means you might get some bruises and scratches – all part of becoming a warrior! All competitors must take personal responsibility for their safety and the safety of others.
You’ll need to be aware of the HSE mud running guidance. Please read this advice carefully.

Spectators & support
Spectators are very welcome, especially at the finish line to cheer competitors home!!
Please stay within the viewing areas.
Spectators may not provide assistance to competitors, e.g., food, drinks or technical help unless agreed with the Race Director in advance.
