1. Eligibility:
- The promotion is open to individuals who register for all of the Gaelforce Great Swim Trilogy events.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
- Employees of Gaelforce Events and their immediate families are not eligible.
2. Promotion period:
- The promotion starts on 06/12/2025 at 6:00pm and will continue until the first 10 eligible registrations for Gaelforce Great Swim Trilogy are received.
3. Prize:
- The prize is a limited-edition Gaelforce Great Swim Trilogy towel robe.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Gaelforce Events reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
4. Notification:
- Winners will be notified by email on 06/01/2026.
- Prizes must be claimed at Gaelforce Great River Swim 2026.
- If a winner does not claim their prize by the specified date, the prize may be forfeited.
5. General conditions:
- By participating, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
- Gaelforce Events reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time.
- Gaelforce is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete registrations or emails.
- Participants may be required to provide proof of identity to claim their prize.
6. Privacy:
- Personal information collected for this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting winners, in accordance with Gaelforce’s privacy policy.
7. Limitation of liability:
- Gaelforce Events accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
8. Governing law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
