Who should enter the Elite Wave?
If you are a competitive runner and want to compete for an overall winner or a category prize, you must enter Wave 1 / Elite when you sign up for this event.
Guide time: A sub 50-minute 10k trail run or 40-minute 10k road run.
If the Wave 1 / Elite wave has sold out online and you are an elite runner wishing to compete in this event, please email us at info@gaelforceevents.com with proof of your 10k running time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I change my wave?
We cannot facilitate any wave changes after you have entered this event, so please make sure to sign up for your preferred wave when you enter. If your preferred wave is sold out, it will no longer be visible online and you must choose an alternative wave.
What are the locations for registration, the start line & the finish line?
Registration for this event is by post. Your Race Pack will be sent out a week before the event takes place.
The start and finish lines are at the Belmont Estate car park.
To enter on the day, to collect your Race Pack or to change your wave or race number (where possible), please come to the registration area at Belmont Estate.
Please note that this may be subject to change. Final details will be posted on the website and emailed to all competitors 2 weeks before the event.
Are there shower and changing facilities available?
There are no shower and changing facilities available for this event.
There will be a bag drop in operation. Please do not leave valuables in your bag as we will not be responsible for lost items.
What facilities are at the finish line?
You will receive a Finishers Pack at the finish line, containing your finishers medal, buff, fruit & sweets.
There are water bottle filling stations at the finish line. You will need to bring your own water bottle/container. To protect the local environment, we do not give out water bottles or cups during this event. Homemade flapjacks will also be available.
How do I get to Belmont Estate?
This event starts and finishes at Belmont Demesne, Bray, Co. Wicklow. Eircode: A63 FX34.
Belmont Estate is located 30 minutes from Dublin City Centre and 15 minutes from the M50.
There is parking available at the start and finish lines. We encourage competitors to car share where possible.
Dublin Bus route No. 184 passes nearby every 30 minutes. The bus stop is 1.3km from the start line
What happens if I cancel my event entry?
All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes transfers to other years, events or competitors. Please do make sure that you can commit to both the event and the training before you enter one of our events.
When do I get my branded sweatshirt for entering all three events?
You will receive your branded sweatshirt at Gaelforce 10K Kippure run on the 16th April 2023.
