It will be take place in the Elverys Sports shop in the Dundrum Shopping Centre.

Gerry Duffy - Live YOUR Passion

At the age of 27 Gerry realised the only way he was going to be happy in life was to exit a comfort zone that he had allowed himself to enter. After shedding over 4 stone and tackling a cigarette habit he went about pursuing ultra running and triathlon ambitions that go beyond what conventional wisdom might think possible. In 2011 he completed an event that saw him swim24 miles, cycle 1,160 miles and run 262 miles. This event has been called the toughest 10 day endurance event in the World. Gerry won it by over 22 hours.

Elverys Sports

The Elverys team will give a short talk on gear & equipment and will go through what they have in store for adventure racers. They will also have exclusive offers available to attendees on the night. So grab yourself a bargain and ask their experts about what gear is right for you.

Sports Surgery Clinic

To go along side the great Race Right Nights that the Sports Surgery Clinic has been holding, they will giving a presentation on warm up stretches, how to train for adventure races correctly so as not to damage your body in the long term and what type of training to do.

Their physio will be in store for the evening before & after the talk to answer any questions you may have and to give advise.

We hope to see you there!
